St Pat's left reeling after landslide loss
Wednesday 23 July, 2008 12:00pm
ST Patrick's Rugby Club hosted Mosman at home at Hudson Park, Strathfield West, on the weekend.
The Kentwell Cup side performed better than the 50-15 scoreline shows after they unfortunately let a few late tries through to blow out the score.
The hard-working scrum half Brad O'Young was rewarded with a try and the coach's three points for his efforts in the game.
The other points came from Gusi Brown (first try of the season) and the boot of Jaime Wood.
In second grade St Pats beat Mosman 34-18; third grade beat Mosman 15-13; and fourth grade won 22-7. Colts went down 24-10 to Mosman.
This week St Patrick's play Forest at home.
St Patrick's Rugby Club is raising money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia by selling pins and collecting change in the clubhouse. There is a signed Wallabies jersey up for bid in a silent auction. Visit www.stpats-rugby.com or visit the clubhouse at Hudson Park.
